      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the department lead and subject matter expert on public disclosure requests and record retention
      - Send case notifications and findings, and monitor compliance for all anti-discrimination and civil rights laws
      - Coordinate reconsideration requests from claimants and manage high-volume case loads
      - Monitor the EEOC federal non-discrimination contract and ensure adherence to relevant laws
      - Provide exceptional customer service and respond to requests for information and records

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or certification from a nationally accredited paralegal training institution
      - Minimum of two years of experience performing paralegal duties or three years of related experience
      - Strong case management skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines
      - Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, including Teams and WebEx
      - Understanding of racial equity and social justice principles, and the ability to apply this knowledge in daily work

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the enforcement of non-discrimination and civil rights law
      - Volunteer paralegal work or legal research experience
      - Attainment of a Juris Doctor degree or coursework towards a related advanced degree
