What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct preliminary domestic and international screening searches
- Review and analyze full search reports
- File U.S. trademark applications and related documents
- Liaise with foreign associates on clearance and conflict matters
- Support attorneys with conflicts and evidence gathering
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in trademark paralegal work
- College Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate
- Proficiency in Saegis or similar search database, TM management systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Foreign language skills and industry experience a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- In-house experience as a trademark paralegal
- Familiarity with IPfolio or Salesforce
- Knowledge of Legal Tracker
