      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare and organize pretrial case materials and retrieve necessary information from various sources
      - Assist attorneys in preparation for depositions, trials, and other court proceedings
      - Draft legal documents including motions, judgments, and correspondence related to case status
      - Coordinate discovery processes and manage court appearances and schedules
      - Train and supervise clerical support staff as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
      - Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a paralegal
      - Paralegal Certificate from a recognized Paralegal/Legal Assistant program
      - Knowledge of applicable laws, legal terminology, and court procedures
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in legal research and case preparation
      - Proficiency in office software and legal databases
      - Familiarity with the discovery process and legal documentation
      - Ability to establish effective working relationships within the legal community
