What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents under the supervision of CVS Caremark attorneys
- Act as the lead paralegal for pharmacy complaints, including logging, tracking, and supporting attorneys in response preparation
- Attend meetings on behalf of the Caremark Pharmacy Networks legal team and serve as the primary contact for various business teams
- Assist the legal team with Caremark Provider Manual requirements, special projects, and ad hoc requests
- Support the legal team in responding to insurance department inquiries and enforcement actions related to Pharmacy Networks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience in a law firm setting is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare and/or regulatory environments
- Familiarity with pharmacy-related legal issues and compliance
