What You'll Do

• Partner with the Store Manager to model and lead a customer-first selling culture through routines, visual standards, and engagement behaviors.
• Analyze business trends using reports to identify opportunities and take appropriate action.
• Exemplify and promote the culture and values of World Market.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing, customer-focused team through training, recognition, and performance management.
• Support a safe work environment via ongoing safety training and awareness.
• Support daily business tasks and duties, especially in the absence of the Store Manager.

Additional Responsibilities

Specific duties in Customer Experience, Freight Flow, or Merchandising will be determined by the Store Manager based on business needs.

What You'll Bring

• Leadership skills including excellent customer service, urgency, attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and sound decision-making aligned with strategic initiatives.
• At least 2 years of relevant leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment preferred.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Hourly pay ranges from $22.25 to $26.25. Full-time and part-time employees are eligible for various benefits, including a 401(k) plan, paid sick leave, vacation, and holidays.
