      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate day-to-day administrative operations for the Center for Biodevices
      - Manage logistics for meetings, workshops, networking events, and research conferences
      - Assist in launching and managing seed grant competitions and award programs
      - Support communication efforts, including website updates and social media activity
      - Facilitate collaboration among Center leadership, faculty, and external partners

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - General Equivalency Diploma (GED)/High School and 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
      - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
      - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced academic environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience coordinating meetings, workshops, or academic events
      - Knowledge of social media management and basic content creation
      - Familiarity with university administrative systems or research environments
      - Comfort with scheduling tools, project management platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
      - Experience supporting grant programs, competitions, or award processes
