      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor collection queues to ensure timely calls are made and returned
      - Assist members with billing issues, service questions, and general concerns
      - Analyze member's ability to pay and arrange for debt repayment
      - Utilize various contact channels to locate and notify members of delinquent accounts
      - Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Finance preferred
      - 2-4 years of directly related experience in financial institutions
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
      - Knowledge of FDCPA and FCRA regulations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in mortgage servicing operations
      - Working knowledge of SQL and Tableau
      - Multi-state loan servicing experience
      - Understanding of consumer credit laws and financial analysis
      - Familiarity with Black Knight - MSP and Synapsys
