What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Recruit top talent using various methods including cold calling, networking, and job fairs
- Manage and update the HR system with candidate information and ensure its accuracy

- Assist in the development of corporate training programs and HR policy updates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3-5 years of recruiting experience with a proven track record
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Strong computer skills to manage HR systems and data
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
