      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver against key sales objectives through the execution of perfect store principles
      - Record all weekly activity and customer intel in the CRM system, providing feedback for route adjustments
      - Track store and account level KPIs and analyze sales data for improvement opportunities
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and key customers
      - Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales approaches

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills for relationship building
      - Results-driven mindset with a proven track record in sales
      - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
      - Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
      - Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in grocery, retail, sales, and/or customer service
      - College degree preferred over a High School Diploma or GED
      - Positive and professional attitude with self-motivation
