- Adapt to changes in a fast-paced virtual environment while effectively communicating with team members
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent; college degree or coursework preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant customer support experience, preferably in fraud-related situations
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Technical proficiency in using computers and related software
- Dedicated workspace at home to focus on daily tasks
