Are you an individual who has a passion for helping others while answering inbound calls? At CenterWell, Inbound Contacts Representatives serve as advocates for our members. They help to resolve complex questions and pending issues to ensure a perfect member experience.

Responsibilities

In this role you will:

Work from home in a virtual call-center environment taking inbound calls from CenterWell Pharmacy members.

• Multitask in a fast paced environment while navigating between multiple computer applications to access member information and document calls.
• Provide a positive experience to our members through active listening skills and effective communication.
• Self-manage with minimal supervision while maintaining high quality standards within established policies/practices and guidelines.
• Handle 20 to 40 calls/day on average.

Required Qualifications

• Must reside in one of the following states: KY, IN, CO, FL, OH, TX, AZ, TN, OK or VA
• Must be available to work a shift of 9:00AM - 2:00 PM EST (permanent start time could flex up to one hour before or three hours after listed time. Permanent shift options available at time of offer), Monday - Friday (25 to 30 hours per week).
• Must be able to provide internet connection; a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended to support Humana applications, per associate
• This is a REMOTE POSITION: You must currently reside in the following states to be eligible for employment: KY, IN, CO, FL, OH, TX, AZ, TN, OK, or VA

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous call center experience
• Healthcare or pharmacy knowledge
• 1+ year of customer service experience

Additional Information

Anticipated Start Date/Training Date Depending on Interview Schedule: October 16, 2023

Training consists of:

• Up to 7 weeks virtual classroom
• Up to 5 weeks on the job virtual training

The interview process will consist of the following steps:

• Completion of Modern Hire pre-screening questions sent via text message
• Modern Hire Live Video Interview (if selected, you will receive an email to self schedule your interview in Modern Hire.)

Humana and its subsidiaries require vaccinated associates who work outside of their home to submit proof of vaccination, including COVID-19 boosters. Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$31,900 - $43,900 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
