What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer telephones, route callers, and provide professional and compassionate communication with clients
- Handle administrative tasks such as sorting and scanning mail, scheduling appointments, and managing deadlines
- Conduct marketing support duties including qualifying leads, scheduling consultations, and following up with clients
- Maintain databases and reports to track important metrics
- Engage in regular communication with clients and provide excellent customer service

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of immigration experience
- Familiarity with immigration forms and deadlines
- Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of INSzoom is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish or other languages is a plus
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Previous experience in a law firm setting performing administrative tasks
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and empathy

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous legal experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
