      Job Title: Part-Time Legal Administrative Assistant

      Job Description

      We are seeking a dedicated Legal Administrative Assistant to support our core legal function. This role requires the handling of confidential information, maintaining high professional standards, and managing a variety of administrative and legal secretarial tasks within a fast-paced environment.

      The position is part-time, requiring 24 hours per week, with potential for expansion depending on support needs.

      Responsibilities

      • Draft general correspondence and manage calendars.
      • Coordinate travel and internal/external meetings.
      • Maintain records and departmental databases.
      • Handle mail, copying, faxing, and office supply inventory.
      • Support the legal team with special projects and monthly reporting.
      • Assist with organizational updates and internal communications.
      • Create and maintain accurate paper and electronic records.

      Essential Skills

      • 4+ years of administrative support experience.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
      • Excellent typing skills.
      • Proven ability to handle highly confidential company information.
      • Experience in legal administration and calendar management.

      Additional Skills & Qualifications

      • Business or related field degree.
      • Experience working in an in-house legal department or law firm.
      • Exposure to Diligent Boards or similar software platforms.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
