What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with preparing and reviewing title opinions, title commitments, and closing documents
- Coordinate scheduling for closings, ensuring document accuracy, and following up on post-closing tasks
- Handle billing, invoicing, and file tracking in coordination with attorneys and clients
- Maintain communication with lenders, realtors, attorneys, and clients
- Support light marketing efforts, including follow-up emails, materials prep, and social media assistance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior experience in a title company, law office, or real estate closing environment
- Knowledge of real estate law, title work, or closing procedures
- Comfortable working independently and remotely when needed
- Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with software like Qualia, SoftPro, or similar platforms
