- Req#: 33850
- Offer courteous and personalized service to our vast clientele by communicating with them via chat, email, ticketing system or telephone
- Process requests for product returns, price matches, warranties, etc.
- Follow up on orders and any research related to them
- Follow up with our warehouse, marketing, or product content teams as needed
- Remain vigilant in the face of potential fraud
- Manage several tasks at once
- Ability to promote excellence in customer service
- Must be willing to travel to and work from one of our many store-front locations
- Experience in Live Chat, Zendesk, Shopify is an asset
- Bi-lingual English French is an asset
- Retail experience is an asset
