Assist manager with implementing marketing plans for each Amphitheater event, including assisting with coordination and announcement of sale dates.
Assist with coordinating with promoters and event planners on marketing events.
Bring to the table innovative ideas or technologies related to website, mobile apps, social media, advertising/media opportunities, and promotional items.
Assist with publicity requests.
Assist with updates on social media sites – Facebook, twitter, and Instagram.
Assist with updates to venue website.
Assist with writing and distributing press-releases.
Regular attendance is an essential function of this position.
Remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occur.
Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
Combination of 4-years’ experience in marketing, sales and/or education and work experience combined.
Excellent written and verbal skills, including strong proof-reading.
Superior customer service skills.
Word, Excel and PowerPoint and other related office programs.
Knowledgeable or ability to understand how to use Photoshop.
Solid knowledge of social media platforms and user experience.
Demonstrate elevated level of energy and self-motivation to work effectively with co-workers.
Professional presentation, appearance, and work ethic.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to keyboard, operate radio, fax machine, phone, and work on computer. The employee is regularly required to use feet and legs to walk the venue, may be required to assist with venue set-up day of show. The person must be able to climb stairs and walk long distances to access all seating. Lifting up to 50 lbs. Must be able to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as required.
