What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer requests with courtesy
- Book appointments accurately for members while managing a fast-paced environment
- Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills consistently
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary
- Adapt to changing guidelines and provide clients with clear information regarding procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school graduate or G.E.D.
- Minimum of one year of experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask while speaking on the phone and using a computer
- Must be able to pass a background check
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service and meeting established quality requirements
