- Assist customers daily with register transactions, phone calls, and general facility inquiries.
- Perform office operations for Land Application (check trucks in, assign tags and paperwork).
- Run daily register reports and assist in preparing deposits under the direction of Administrative Assistant.
- Keep office supplies organized.
- Mange daily functions of the scale for incoming and outgoing product including trucks without tags.
- Operate 2-way radio for facility communication.
- Tour the facility at the end of the day to verify no customers are still present prior to closing the gate.
- Setting the building alarm system prior to exiting the property.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Valid Driver’s License
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to manage time without close supervision
- Ability to follow directions
- Ability to make sound judgment independently
- Must interact with co-workers and the public with tact and diplomacy
Salary - $16.75 per hour
POSITION SUMMARY: Provides excellent customer service at Organic Resources in a professional manner. Serves as a representative for the Division of Environmental Services, by answering phone calls, serving walk-in customers, and a variety of clerical and cashier duties as assigned by Supervisor.
