Visit multiple locations in the area to empty dog park barrels, residential pet waste bins, and apartment pet waste stations.

Replace liners and refill poop bag dispensers keeping the stations tidy and presentable.

Follow a route and keep a simple log of completed stops.

Hand out treats and belly rubs to friendly pups you meet on the job.

Enjoy solo time, great playlists, or podcasts while you work.

You’re dependable, punctual, and don’t ghost your responsibilities.

You have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

You’re cool with the not-so-glamorous parts of the job (gloves + hand sanitizer = your new best friends).

You enjoy being outdoors and don’t mind walking or driving between stops.

You can regularly lift 50 lbs—skip the gym because you'll be getting in your reps!

You like to work independently and can stay on task without constant supervision.

Department Overview:
Scoops Pet Waste Management is Dane County's friendly neighborhood solution for keeping properties clean and pet-friendly. We specialize in professional pet waste removal services for residential yards, apartment complexes, dog parks, and commercial properties.

Hourly $15.00 to $18.00 Number Of Positions
1 Position Summary/Job Duties:
We’re looking for reliable, hard-working, no-nonsense team members to help us keep parks, apartment communities, and dog-friendly areas clean and fresh by maintaining dog park waste barrels, residential pet waste bins, and apartment pet waste stations. Yep, we’re talking dog poop—but it’s way better than it sounds.
Bonus: You’ll run into tons of happy pups along the way—and yes, you can pet them. We even supply treats to hand out (aka: you’re about to be every dog’s new favorite person).
