      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Implement the Research-to-Policy Collaboration model by connecting researchers and policymakers
      - Build and maintain partnerships through meetings with state legislators and staff
      - Write and review evidence-based communication materials tailored for non-academic audiences
      - Organize panels, roundtables, or briefings for policymakers
      - Maintain thorough tracking and reporting of activities, including documentation and data collection

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree required; master’s level experience preferred
      - Experience in building and maintaining partnerships or collaborations
      - Strong writing skills tailored for a non-academic audience
      - Prior collaborative experience and strong interpersonal skills
      - Ability to work respectfully with individuals across the political spectrum

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Some policy experience preferred
      - Experience with scholarly academic literature and/or research methods is also preferred
      - Reside in the Mid-Atlantic or Southern regions of the United States
