What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver primary-care telemedicine services in accordance with site-specific protocols
- Provide on-call tele triage and ensure proper patient consents are obtained prior to visits
- Maintain open communication with facility staff and provide feedback regarding patient care
- Document clinical services and manage relationships with facility partners
- Adhere to legal and regulatory standards governing healthcare delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Nursing or graduation from an accredited physician assistant educational program
- Current and valid license to practice advanced practice nursing or as a physician assistant in KY and IN
- Specialization in geriatric, family, or internal medicine desired
- All necessary certifications for responsibilities must be current and valid
- Ability to maintain multiple practice licenses and comply with state regulations as requested
