What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the first point of contact for students requesting financial information
- Respond professionally and courteously to inquiries from students and parents
- Diagnose and resolve issues reported to the Financial Services Help Hub
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the student financial experience
- Maintain a distraction-free work environment while working remotely
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, and organizational skills
- Experience in financial aid and student financials
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Must have reliable high-speed internet access for remote work
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
