      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional assistance to subscribers regarding service inquiries and billing of memberships
      - Identify product improvement opportunities by capturing customer feedback and collaborating with teams
      - Maintain accurate records of subscriber services and input customer payments using software systems
      - Assist members with troubleshooting access difficulties to the online platform
      - Handle phone inquiries and address complaints from company stakeholders in a polite and efficient manner

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Technical experience preferred, with strong data entry and communication skills
      - Ability to multitask and demonstrate resilience in a fast-paced environment
      - Positive attitude when making outbound calls and adapting to changes
      - Must reside within the print and/or digital footprint of the employer
      - Availability to work Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm, with occasional weekend shifts as needed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous customer service experience in a related field
      - Familiarity with online membership platforms and subscription services
      - Experience in a remote work environment
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze customer issues
      - Knowledge of PCI compliance practices
