What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and conduct research projects/experiments
- Collect, analyze, and report on data
- Assist in the development and execution of research projects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be detail-oriented and able to follow established protocols
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience in a research or laboratory setting
- Knowledge of data collection and analysis techniques
- Familiarity with laws and policies related to research ethics and compliance
