What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate via outbound calls with customers and potential owners to sell preview package sales/tours, providing information and answering questions
- Verify eligibility requirements for preview package sales/tours prior to scheduling tours for an employer property
- Encourage guests or callers to purchase or schedule preview package sales/tours
- Explain details and requirements for attending a sales presentation to potential owners
- Check availability of accommodations and dates, suggesting alternative options when necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and comprehension
- Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy
- Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Must reside in the Orlando, FL area

- Experience in a call center or sales environment

- Familiarity with vacation planning or hospitality services
