- Enforce booking policies and manage difficult conversations regarding no-shows and cancellations
- Provide a warm and professional atmosphere at the front desk
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Handle additional responsibilities as needed for vacation coverage and other absences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to enforce booking policies
- Professional demeanor and warm personality
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly in a spa or wellness setting
- Familiarity with booking systems and appointment management
