What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide stimulating experiences tailored to meet individual children's intellectual and emotional needs
- Facilitate children's play activities while promoting critical problem-solving skills and positive social relationships
- Support the development of children's self-help skills in daily routines such as eating, dressing, and toileting
- Serve as a positive role model, guiding children through their learning experiences
- Collaborate with families and staff to create a supportive learning community
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Completion of high school or its equivalent as determined by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction
- Passion for early childhood education and a strong desire to make a difference
- Excellent organizational, verbal, listening, and written communication skills
- Pediatric CPR certification within 90 days of hire
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in early childhood education or related coursework is preferred
- Willingness to complete licensing required pre-service certifications, including the Wisconsin Registry
