      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Hold office hours as directed by the faculty supervisor
      - Grade assignments as instructed by faculty supervisors
      - Maintain records in the CANVAS learning management system
      - Assist with laboratory and recitation sessions
      - Research and gather relevant materials from the business press

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Successful completion of MIS 497W at Penn State or a similar course at a comparable institution

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience as a teaching assistant or in a tutoring role
      - Strong organizational and communication skills
      - Familiarity with CANVAS or similar learning management systems
