What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct 60-minute coaching sessions weekly with clients
- Maintain client notes through internal documentation portal and Google Drive
- Provide check-ins with clients between coaching sessions
- Follow up with parents/clients after each coaching session
- Participate in ongoing professional development training

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in Education or related field applicable to Executive Function skill building
- Minimum of three years of experience working with individuals with executive function deficits
- Experience supporting K-12 and college students, business executives, or career development
- Comfortable with technology, including Gmail and Google Workspace
- Quiet, dedicated workspace with stable internet connection for video conferencing

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working one-to-one with individuals with ADHD or other learning challenges
