What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure smooth arrival and departure for all guests, providing outstanding customer service
- Make reservations and assist guests with requests and inquiries
- Compile and run daily reports using the property management system
- Conduct end-of-day procedures and manage nightly hotel operations
- Resolve guest issues in a pleasant and timely manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability and willingness to learn and use the property management system
- Friendly and outgoing personality both in-person and on the phone
- Dependable and enthusiastic work ethic
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up abilities
- Ability to responsibly handle all forms of payment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
- Familiarity with property management systems
