What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Sort and prioritize calls managed by the virtual call system
- Return calls to customers who have previously reached out
- Follow up with existing club members and warm leads
- Schedule appointments to connect customers with necessary services
- Support field staff in ensuring customer comfort in Ohio homes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Residency in Ohio or Michigan is mandatory
- Previous remote administrative support experience strongly preferred
- Experience with remote phone applications and cloud-based systems is mandatory
- Ability to work part-time on weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday from 8 AM to 4 PM
- Strong organizational skills and a self-starter attitude

- Experience in customer service or a similar remote support role
- Familiarity with home services or HVAC/plumbing industries
