  About the Role:

  The Betr team is looking for a Partnerships Coordinator who will support the growth and management of key partnerships across our game vendors for our sweepstakes casino platform. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn the sweepstakes and online gaming industry.

  What You'll Do:

  • Assist in the onboarding of new vendors, ensuring all contracts, tracking links, assets, and game information are in place.
  • Maintain up-to-date partner records, dashboards, and internal documentation.
  • Serve as a point of contact for general partner inquiries and escalate issues as needed.

  Administrative & Operational Support

  • Maintain organized files, contracts, and communication history.
  • Support competitive research on partners, game offerings, and market trends.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting action items.

  Campaign & Promotion Coordination

  • Help coordinate partner-driven campaigns, promotions, giveaways, and content placements.
  • Collect and distribute creative assets, sweepstakes disclosures, and brand guidelines to partners.
  • Track campaign deliverables and ensure deadlines and requirements are met.

  Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, Compliance, and Analytics to support partnership initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure partner integrations, promotional materials, and technical requirements are properly executed.

  Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for internal teams and partners.
  • Identify basic performance trends and provide insights to senior team members.

  About You:

  • 1–2+ years of experience in partnerships, marketing, account coordination within the iGaming industry
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn about sweepstakes, gaming, and performance marketing.
