      **What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
      - Enroll and onboard patients into Amgen Patient Services Programs
      - Liaise with healthcare providers to support patient access to therapies and support services
      - Provide logistical, non-medical educational assistance to patients and caregivers
      - Support patients in navigating reimbursement access for prescribed therapies
      - Coordinate Free of Charge Goods (FOCG) and facilitate access to reminder services for patients

      **What is Required (Qualifications):**
      - Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of related experience, or a College diploma with 4 years of related experience
      - Nursing background is a must
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook)

      **How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
      - 2+ years of patient support/reimbursement experience or 3 years of relevant work experience in a high-service culture
      - Experience with Patient Support Programs and familiarity with Health Canada requirements
      - Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset
      - Experience with Salesforce or other relevant CRM systems
      - Ability and willingness to conduct field travel, including overnight and weekend travel
