      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Schedule patient appointments for various services, including diagnostic, surgical, and therapy visits
      - Obtain and verify necessary demographic and insurance information from patients
      - Register patients and accurately enter data into the scheduling system
      - Meet individual quality metrics within a call center environment
      - Provide professional, compassionate, and friendly service to patients of all ages and their families

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
      - Completion of the Patient Access training course
      - Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment
      - Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal communication
      - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish/Creole is preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Basic knowledge of medical and insurance terminology
      - Experience with computer applications, including Microsoft Office and EMR systems
      - Understanding of regulatory guidelines such as HIPAA, AHCA, EMTALA, and Medicare coverage structure
