      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Schedule patient appointments for various procedures and treatments
      - Obtain and verify necessary demographic and insurance information
      - Register patients and enter data into the scheduling system
      - Meet individual quality metrics in a call center environment
      - Assist in departmental initiatives, including onboarding and training team members

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - Minimum of 1 year of Patient Access experience for internal staff, or 1 year of experience with an Associate's Degree for external staff
      - Meets/exceeds registration accuracy and productivity standards for at least the most recent 6 months
      - Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
      - Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of healthcare regulatory guidelines, including HIPAA and Medicare coverage structure
      - Bilingual in English and Spanish/Creole
      - Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and EMR applications
      - Understanding of medical terminology
