      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain expertise in provider, care team, procedural, and ancillary schedules
      - Utilize virtual patient support services effectively
      - Ensure revenue cycle integrity by updating/verifying all patient needs
      - Connect patients to other services as needed
      - Provide accurate information to patients regarding their healthcare experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent experience
      - Experience using Microsoft Office Products
      - Previous customer service experience in an office setting or professional work environment
      - Must be 18 years of age OR older
      - Ability to work Monday – Friday, 10:30am – 07:00pm CST

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of medical terminology
      - Computer and keyboarding skills
      - Medical office experience
      - Experience with electronic medical records system
