      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist physicians, hospitals, and patients with coverage policies, prior authorization, and denial management for renal denervation
      - Validate patient insurance coverage and benefits, and initiate prior authorization as needed
      - Coordinate required paperwork and clinical notes for timely submission
      - Follow up with payers to ensure visibility on authorization status and relay updates to stakeholders
      - Write persuasive appeal letters to address payer objections and submit them according to payer processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in case management, prior authorization, or utilization review
      - Understanding of healthcare payment processes, reimbursement, and coverage issues
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Proven relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Clinical nursing experience preferred
      - Familiarity with Medtronic reimbursement policies and procedures
      - Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
      - Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
      - Ability to learn and use multiple CRM software programs
