      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Evangelize customers and turn disgruntled patients into fans
      - Support field teams, operations, and sales by delivering timely feedback
      - Problem-solve common complaints and recommend preventative measures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school degree or equivalent
      - 3-5 years of experience in the healthcare/health insurance industry
      - Patient-focused mindset
      - Action-oriented and proactive problem-solving skills
      - Collaborative and team-oriented
      - Effective communication skills
      - Energetic and passionate about health and well-being
      - Relationship-building abilities
      - Intermediate computer skills in Access, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, and Word
      - Proficiency in English (reading, writing, verbal)
      - Intermediate level mathematical proficiency
