      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage all aspects of the revenue cycle for assigned clinic locations, addressing system edits, insurance denials, and patient billing issues
      - Track, review, and report on billing metrics and trends to enhance revenue cycle processes
      - Respond to inquiries from stakeholders and maintain accurate case files and documentation
      - Perform root cause analysis to identify and prevent recurring billing issues
      - Provide training and education to clinic personnel on billing policies and best practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - H.S. Diploma or GED required
      - 1-2 years of experience in medical billing, patient accounts, insurance claims processing, or revenue cycle operations required
      - Strong understanding of medical billing processes and revenue cycle workflows
      - Proficiency in Athena, Microsoft Excel, and other billing/accounting systems
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate Degree or higher in Healthcare Administration, Business, Accounting, or a related field preferred
      - Experience working with Athena, Epic, or other practice management systems preferred
