What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development and execution of patient recruitment strategies to ensure timely enrollment in clinical trials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, marketing, and external vendors, to implement effective recruitment campaigns
- Analyze recruitment data and trends to identify challenges and optimize strategies for improved patient enrollment outcomes
- Engage with patient advocacy groups and community organizations to enhance recruitment efforts
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines while maintaining high levels of patient satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field
- Proven experience in patient recruitment for clinical trials, with a strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices
- Excellent project management experience
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess recruitment data and optimize strategies to meet enrollment targets
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
