What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule patients for appointments with multiple specialty practices across a wide geographic range
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a high call volume environment
- Utilize critical thinking skills to address patient needs and inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting
- Process a high volume of calls while maintaining effective multitasking
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s Degree or continued administrative education preferred
- Minimum of three years of experience in a customer service or call center position, preferably in healthcare
- Must be customer-driven with a minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute
- Ability to work with diverse groups under stressful conditions
- Knowledge of medical terminology and Microsoft software applications preferred; bilingual skills are a plus

- Experience in the healthcare industry or related customer service roles
- Familiarity with call center operations and high-volume call handling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
