What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Verify patient eligibility and coordinate benefits for services provided
- Obtain and document all insurance information related to patient coverage and responsibility
- Obtain initial authorization and reauthorization for services as needed
- Determine estimated patient financial responsibility based on insurance verification
- Create documentation required to service the patient per policy and payer guidelines

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma with 2 years of experience in patient registration or revenue cycle management, or 1 year of similar experience with an Associate's Degree, LPN, or Pharm Tech license
- Basic level skill in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Previous experience in infusion medical billing/collections or intake/admissions is a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- LPN, RD, or Pharm Tech licensure and/or experience
- Previous experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
