      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer multi-line telephone system promptly and professionally, providing high-quality customer service
      - Utilize the EPIC system for patient registration and appointment scheduling
      - Act as the administrative assistant to the Chief Financial Officer, facilitating meetings and organizing materials
      - Use the Care Message platform to enhance patient communication and manage relevant reports
      - Support front desk staff and assist the Referral Coordinator with Behavioral Health Authorizations as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalency
      - Strong detail orientation with effective English communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to work positively with a diverse range of individuals and take direction well
      - Experience working with indirect supervision
      - Bilingual in Spanish and English required; two years of experience in a related field preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, EPIC EMR, and Care Message is preferred
      - Previous experience in a healthcare setting
      - Familiarity with patient navigation in healthcare systems
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
      - Experience in administrative support roles
