      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and eligibility functions
      - Act as a liaison between patients, medical staff, and healthcare teams to ensure effective communication
      - Maintain accurate patient records within the electronic medical record (EMR) system
      - Address patient inquiries and facilitate necessary information flow within the healthcare system
      - Assist patients in accessing online resources and overcoming barriers to care

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of 3 years of related experience in an acute care or ambulatory care medical setting
      - Proficient in navigating insurance benefits and verifying coverage
      - Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English
      - Knowledge of medical terminology and EMR scheduling

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate’s Degree or Bachelor's Degree in a related field
