What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate patient deliveries by making outbound and receiving inbound calls from patients, caregivers, and medical staff
- Conduct follow-up calls as directed by a licensed pharmacist
- Maintain and update patient records, medication profiles, and complete assessments under pharmacist supervision
- Deliver exceptional customer service while acting as a liaison between specialty pharmacy, operations, and patients
- Accurately document all interactions in patient medical records and meet productivity standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required
- Pharmacy Technician Certification preferred
- Prior experience in specialty healthcare preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must reside in Pennsylvania, Ohio, or West Virginia to be considered for the position

- Strong customer service skills and a service-oriented approach
- Ability to meet or exceed quality and productivity standards
