What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate patient deliveries through outbound and inbound calls with patients, caregivers, and medical staff
- Conduct follow-up calls as directed by a licensed pharmacist
- Assist the specialty pharmacy team with evaluating product usage and managing supply inventory
- Maintain and update patient records and medication profiles under pharmacist supervision
- Deliver exceptional customer service while acting as a liaison between the specialty pharmacy and stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required
- Pharmacy Technician Certification preferred
- Prior experience in specialty healthcare preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must reside in Pennsylvania, Ohio, or West Virginia to be considered for the position
