      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide support to specialty pharmacy teams, including prior authorization documentation and scheduling medication delivery
      - Deliver exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment
      - Perform claim adjudication and auditing duties, such as billing and eligibility checks
      - Serve as a liaison between clinical pharmacists and other medical professionals
      - Maintain organized and accurate patient files related to case management and coordination of services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Registered Pharmacy Technician in AL, FL, TN, MT, OH, TX, or NY
      - Minimum of 2 years of healthcare/specialty pharmacy experience
      - Strong computer skills with proficiency in Windows, Excel, and Word
      - Must be flexible with work schedule and able to work independently

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - National Certified Technician License (PTCB)
      - Strong clinical and medical terminology knowledge
      - Willingness to become a registered Pharmacy Technician in multiple states
