What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Accurately transcribe patient profiles over the telephone, including data entry and outbound calling
- Obtain medically necessary documentation and process patient orders through the Online Pharmacy system
- Resolve tracking issues, reschedule shipping orders, and troubleshoot problems based on patient input
- Verify orders are complete and perform any other duties as assigned

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-3 years of related work experience in a team-oriented environment preferred
- Strong customer service background
- Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written
- Ability to multitask, pay attention to detail, and perform simple mathematical calculations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare-related service role
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, etc.
