What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Contact patients regarding the delivery of equipment and verify patient information
- Accurately transcribe patient profiles over the telephone, including data entry
- Process patient orders through the online pharmacy system
- Resolve tracking issues and reschedule shipping orders for patients
- Troubleshoot problems based on patient input regarding equipment issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- One to three years of related prior work experience in a team-oriented environment
- Strong customer service background
- Valid driver's license in state of residence with a clean driving record (when applicable)
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both orally and in writing
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare-related field
- Familiarity with Microsoft applications, including Word and Excel
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
