  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Handle inbound and outbound calls related to pharmacy orders and inquiries
  - Schedule deliveries for patients, ensuring compliance with accreditation and pharmacy requirements
  - Address member inquiries received via telephonic outreach
  - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of escalation processes to communicate urgent patient needs
  - Perform other duties as assigned while complying with all policies and standards
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - High school diploma or equivalent
  - Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
  - Availability to work Monday - Friday from 1:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. EST with Saturday rotation every 6 - 8 weeks
  - Completion of a 6-week training program from 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
  - Ability to handle telephonic outreach and inquiries effectively
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Previous experience in a customer care role, particularly in healthcare
  - Familiarity with pharmacy operations and order processing
  - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  - Ability to manage urgent patient needs effectively
  - Knowledge of accreditation and pharmacy requirements
